1. What this service is

Ying Ma Tips publishes quantitative ratings, selections and written analysis of Hong Kong horse races. It is an information service only. We do not accept, place or facilitate bets, offer no prizes, and have no relationship with any betting operator. Nothing on this site is betting advice or a promise of results; see the disclaimer. You must be 18 or older to subscribe.

2. Accounts

You may log in with a one-time email link or with a Patreon account. You are responsible for the mailbox or Patreon account you use. One subscription covers one person.

3. Subscription and renewal

The paid membership is HK$80 a month, billed in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Patreon memberships are billed by Patreon under its own terms. Prices may change; existing subscribers are told at least 30 days in advance.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time: card subscriptions from “Manage or cancel subscription” on your account page, Patreon memberships on Patreon. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for and then reverts to the free tier. No further charge is made after cancellation.

5. Refunds

If this is your first subscription and you ask within 7 days of the first charge, we refund it in full, no questions asked. Contact us through the address on the about page with the email you subscribed with. Renewal charges are not refunded except where the law requires; cancel before the renewal date instead.

6. Content and availability

Content is generated automatically from published racing data and may contain errors or be delayed. We aim to publish before every meeting but do not guarantee availability, accuracy or any outcome. Content is for your personal use and may not be redistributed.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version. Questions go to the address on the about page. Governing law: Hong Kong SAR.
